Drink more water

Spend a good time with your bed
Adequate sleep helps prevent skin problems like dark circles under the eyes, dull skin, and more. One more promise that you can make to yourself is to sleep at least seven to eight hours at night. Less than six hours of sleep is most likely to show up on your skin by making it dull. So, turn off your phone and lights to get the right amount of sleep.
Cleanse face before heading to bed
We all have been there once where we were too tired, and we directly go to bed without cleansing our face to remove make-up, dirt, oil and sweat deposits. Promise your skin to provide the extra care that it deserves. Removing that stubborn makeup should be in your resolution.
