Restore pH Balance
Everyone wants a glowing skin! A healthy skin has a natural protective film on the skin, known as “acid mantle.” Natural products maintain the pH or acid-alkaline balance of the skin. Avoid too much soap and water washing and use organic cleansers
Exfoliation
Exfoliation, with scrubs, helps to remove dead skin cells, brighten the skin and add a healthy glow. Use a scrub once or twice a week and avoid scrubs for sensitive skin.
Tone with Rose Skin Tonic
Toning helps to add a glow; rose water is a powerful natural toner. It stimulates blood circulation to the skin surface. Keep Sharose Plus, rose-based skin tonic, in the fridge with cotton wool pads soaking in it. Wipe the skin and pat briskly.
Diet
A healthy nutritious diet helps to cleanse the system of toxins and wastes.
Include a variety of natural foods, like fresh fruits, raw salads, sprouts, yogurt, leafy green vegetable and whole grains.
Drink Plenty of Water.
Drink plenty of water and dilute fresh fruit juices with water. Add the juice of a lemon to a glass of water and have it first thing in the morning, to flush the system and add a glow.
Pranayam
The sure way to a glowing skin is Pranayam, the Yogic exercises for correct breathing. It improves oxygenation and helps natural cleansing of the system and glowing skin.
Relaxation
Conscious relaxation reduces stress and adds a glow to the skin. You can easily learn and practice Yoga for relaxation.
Adequate Sleep
Adequate and regular sleep is very important for cell renewal and blood circulation. No wonder, we call it “beauty sleep.”
