Drink Water
Drinking plenty of water can add a glow to your face. It is so because water can cleanse your body internally by flushing all the toxins out. You should drink 8-10 glasses of water every day. Other than drinking water, wash your face 2-3 times a day.
Tomatoes
Tomatoes can bring a natural glow to your face. You can use a tomato face pack. Apply the tomato paste on your face and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse it with warm water. The tomato pack will give you smooth and glowing skin.
Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera consists of vitamins A, B, C, and E and has 90% amino acid. It also possesses anti-spectating and skin-nourishing properties. Aloe Vera provides a moisturizer to your face and thereby leaving your skin smoother and supple.
Lemon Juice and Yogurt
To remove dark spots from your face, you can try a face mask of lemon juice and yogurt. Lemon consists of citric acid which helps fade the dark spots in combination with yogurt. You can also use sugar as a scrub. Sugar can remove the dead skin from the face and makes the skin glowy.
Buttermilk
Buttermilk consists of lactic acid, which will help you remove dead skin from the face. To remove dark spots, apply buttermilk on the affected area with the help of cotton. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash your face with clean water.
