- Apple cider vinegar

Mix two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and four tablespoons of water in a bowl. After soaking a cotton ball in the solution, wrap it around your neck. Spare it for ten minutes before cleaning it off. Repeat this every day for the best effects.
