Best Natural Remedies to Fight Acne Problems

Acne is the most common and irritating skin problem, which affects teenagers and young adults the most.

When pimples appear, we always wish to get rid of them as soon as possible as they are painful and look bad, especially when they pop up on the face.

There are many solutions available in the market for acne treatment, but did you know, getting rid of acne problems is super easy with these natural remedies.

Don’t use medicine or synthetic products to hide and treat acne as they are not beneficial for our skin health. Instead, try one of these natural remedies and say goodbye to the acne problem.

Try apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is known for its ability to fight acne-causing bacteria, which makes it one of the best ingredients to combat acne problems.

After cleansing:

  1. Apply the diluted mixture of one part apple cider vinegar and three parts water.
  2. Apply it and rinse with lukewarm water after one minute.
  3. For better results, use this once or twice a day.

Apply honey and cinnamon

Bacteria and inflammation are the two main factors that cause acne problems, and honey and cinnamon masks can help you fight these.

Mix together one teaspoon cinnamon powder, half teaspoon methi seed powder, half teaspoon lemon juice, and honey. It should be a sticky paste. Apply it ONLY on the acne or pimples and leave it on for a couple of hours, or even overnight.

Use turmeric

Turmeric has antioxidants that provide a healthy and glowing touch to the skin. Its anti-bacterial property is highly effective in treating acne as well as psoriasis by reducing inflammation and flare-ups.

Use it with exfoliating bases like oat powder or chickpea flour. Do not apply exfoliating bases on acne or pimples.

Apply tea tree oil

Tea tree contains anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antimicrobial, and anti-fungal properties that make it a fantastic acne treatment ingredient. It also helps in treating redness and swelling of the skin.

Add 2 DROPS of Tea Tree Oil to one tablespoon Jojoba oil or rose water. Apply this on areas of rash and pimples.
